Assalamualaikum wbt. semua!!Selamat pagi..salam 14 Ramadhan..macam mana berpuasa sehingga kini,kita dah hampir separuh bulan?alhamdulillah..Allah permudahkan segala urusan zatil.
Seperti yang semua maklum,Ramadhan ini adalah puasa pertama zatil breastfeed baby..jadi banyak persediaan dan bacaan yang dilakukan..hasilnya alhamdulillah..walaupun "hasil" tak sebanyak mana,but still ada for dafina..
Last time zatil ada share tips how to maintain production of breastmilk during fasting..so today just nak share how to maintain energetic even we are fasting and breastfeeding..haaaa...
◆ eat dates (3-4 biji waktu sahur)
◇ drink nestum/oat 1 glass
◆ habatussauda (not just good for breastfeeding but also for health)
◇ drink Bb Plus Collagen during break fast (it boost your energy especially to perform tarawih)
◆ drink plenty of plain water during sahur and berbuka
