Collagen..mengapa penting?

Morning semua..assalamualaikum..

Lama jgk rsnya tak update di blog..al maklum walaupun cuti semester,tetapi urusan-urusan berderet menunggu..hehe..

Hari ni zatil just nk share keratan akhbar tentang kepentingan kolagen..sometimes kita tak tahu or terlupa..dan disebabkan urusan rumahtangga dan pejabat (bg yg bekerja),tak sempat nk amalkan tradisional tips utk kekalkan kehalusan kulit..

Penting rupanya kolagen ni seawal usia 25thn..jom amalkan..byk pilihan kolagen di pasaran skrg..tp zatil amalkan BbPlusCollagen ;))

agak2 tengok gambar ni,apa rasanya yang zatil nak kongsikan?

 

ha..zatil nak share cara-cara untuk ubah kasut kita yang nampak biasa-biasa ke luar biasa..trendy sikit la..

 

 

so..

bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

• kasut tutup penuh bertumit (depends la..kalau tak nak bertumit pun takpe as long as bertutup)
• nail polish
• gunting
• cellotape

 

how you do it?

• Cut two pieces of cellotape and stick it on the front of your shoes as far as you want the tip to be. (try and get it even and the same on both sides, measure it if you are not sure)

Start painting with the polish in an even layer on both shoes and let it dry.

When it is dry (it took about 5 min on my shoes) give it another coat 

If it looks opaque (this has to do with the consistency of the nail  polish you are using) then wait until its dry and carefully start peeling off the cello tape.

Check if there are any bits that need to be filled in and do it with a really small brush or toothpick (mine were perfect so no need)
